This Privacy Policy explains how MCP Canvas (the "Service") handles information when you use mcpcanvas.com. The Service is operated by Hasher Technologies LLC (hasher.sh). Hasher Technologies LLC is the sole legal entity for this Service; "MCP Canvas" is a product/service name and not a separate legal entity or DBA.
Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password credentials, account role, plan status, and authentication/session data needed to operate your account.
- Workspace data: canvases, canvas metadata, and configuration content you save.
- Billing metadata: subscription tier/status and Stripe customer/subscription/price identifiers tied to your account. Full card/payment instrument data is processed by Stripe.
- Operational and security data: basic server logs and anti-abuse data used for reliability and security.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies required for authentication (including an httpOnly refresh token cookie). We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service (such as hosting and email delivery), subject to appropriate safeguards.
Subprocessors
We rely on infrastructure and payment subprocessors, including hosting providers, email delivery providers, and Stripe for billing processing.
Retention, Export, and Deletion
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You can export your account data and delete your account from Settings. After deletion, core account records and saved canvases are removed, while minimum operational and security records may be retained where needed.
